Abstrakt (EN)The Strategy for the Development of Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the Czech Republic until 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the “GeoInfoStrategy”; approved by the Czech Government Resolution No. 815 of 8th October 2014) developed the basic principles of the development of public administration and eGovernment in the field of spatial information and it focused on solving specific problems in that field in the Czech Republic. During the implementation of the GeoInfoStrategy, especially in the last 3 years, the external environment of the implementation has changed significantly in connection with a number of significant activities with an impact on the national infrastructure for spatial information, such as activities related to the digitization of building proceeding and land-use planning or implementation of the Concept of BIM implementation in Czech Republic. All these activities currently have maximum support at the central level. The paper will give a brief summary of the implementation of the GeoInfoStrategy. Some outputs of the implementation of the Action Plan of the GeoInfoStrategy will be presented in greater detail, especially the functionality of the Information System of the National Infrastructure for Spatial Information. The presentation will present the intentions and other activities of the Ministry of the Interior in the field of changes to the regulatory framework of the national infrastructure for spatial information.
Abstrakt (CZ)Strategie rozvoje infrastruktury pro prostorové informace v České republice do roku 2020 (dále jen „GeoInfoStrategie“; schválená usnesením vlády ČR č. 815 ze dne 8. října 2014) rozpracovala základní principy rozvoje veřejné správy a eGovernmentu v oblasti prostorových informací a zaměřila se na řešení specifických problémů v dané oblasti v ČR. V průběhu implementace GeoInfoStrategie, zejména v posledních 3 letech, se výrazným způsobem změnilo vnější prostředí implementace, a to v souvislosti s řadou významných aktivit s dopadem do národní infrastruktury pro prostorové informace, kterými jsou např. aktivity související s digitalizací stavebního řízení a územního plánování nebo s implementací Koncepce zavedení BIM v České republice. Všechny zmíněné aktivity mají v současné době maximální podporu na centrální úrovni. V rámci příspěvku bude podáno stručné shrnutí průběhu implementace GeoInfoStrategie. Ve větším detailu budou představeny některé výstupy realizace Akčního plánu GeoInfoStrategie, zejména funkcionality informačního systému národní infrastruktury pro prostorové informace. V rámci prezentace budou představeny záměry a další aktivity Ministerstva vnitra v oblasti změn regulačního rámce národní infrastruktury pro prostorové informace.
