Abstract

The world is different; I feel it in a network. Atoms of my wearable personal computer are moving faster than usually. I am connected to the open GeoWeb network. The open GeoWeb network brings me new possibilities, but ... I have bought an e-newspaper (electronic printed on paper). The newspaper is thru my WPC directly connected to the GeoWeb: The newspaper knows about me everything and shows me news based on my actual situation. When I am reading the sports news I pass the winter stadium and the newspaper shows me that there are still free tickets to ice hockey match. I am booking them, but my WPC according to weather forecast suggest me that I may be prefer go to play golf. I agree. The WPC found nearest golf course and the best way to go there. Everybody can join the open GeoWeb, but some people say that with open GeoWeb is everything too much simple (easy) and there is no adventure. Do we need open GeoWeb? Do we need computers? I am not sure? Can we provide orchestration of something like open GeoWeb? I am sure that open GeoWeb must orchestrate itself, but the orchestration needs some rules. Can we specify the rules? I am sure that we cannot specify all rules. Geoinformatics must give only basic rules. Other rules must open GeoWeb find itself. The paper will present what are the basic rules for open GeoWeb orchestration and how should open GeoWeb work in the future.
