Basic instructions for reviewers

Please, carefully read the reviewed paper and make appropriate comments and evaluation.

If you would like to put your comments directly to the paper (for example with software Xournal), please send annotated PDF to gisostrava@vsb.cz.

If some of the evaluation questions cannot be answered (e.g. due to the specific kind of the paper), do not indicate Yes nor No and leave the question without your answer.

In case of negative evaluation for any of the questions it will be very welcome for the editor and the author to know reasons. The feedback is very important for many authors trying to deliver their ideas to readers.

Is the title appropriate to the content? Yes No
Is the paper written in grammatically correct and clear English? Yes No
Is the writing style succinct and appropriate to the work? Yes No
Is the methodology adequately explained? Yes No
Is the terminology appropriate? Yes No
Is the length appropriate to the content? Yes No
Are the conclusions borne out by the reported results? Yes No
Are all tables and figures necessary and appropriate? Yes No
Are authors properly quoted in the paper? Yes No
Are quotations adequate to the state-of-the-art? Yes No
Does the abstract express the main results of the paper? Yes No

For the following questions use classification number from 5 to 1, where 5 is the highest rate and 1 represents the smallest rate.
